Oooh la la! Do you guys remember of my Work In Progress? So YES, IT IS FINISHED!
I am so happy how it turned out! I am so proud of this work, really<3 but oh well, it was VERY hard to finish so I hope it was worth it!

What made everything worse was that I did it on A3, so seemed I would never finish coloring it! But it was good 'cause I could draw as many details as I wanted, and big, since everything seems so...small on A4, you know?
I spent the whole Sunday, without stop (aside eating and stuff 'course), coloring it, from 10 a.m. in the morning to 1 a.m. of Monday!

->Anyway, this work's for 's September Contest When I saw what the theme was about, I totally wanted to join!
So, what does my work represent?

Well, in fact, I wanted to show up something different from what you guys from North are used to when you think of "September" theme I mean, in the very own article of the contest they say if it means autumn, or school, or whatever to you.

BUT!

Here in the South it is the beggining of Spring! Why not show that then, instead? THAT is what September means to me, the beggining of Spring I thought this song, as well as beautiful (I always wanted to draw it, mind you) would fit perfectly my ideas so I started working on it

"Say do you remember dancing in September, never was a cloudy day"... Don't you think it is simply perfect for this? She is dancing in September, in a shiny day, and her umbrella, which was before full of the Winter's rain, is now turned into the origin of the rainbows from where it comes all the Spring's flowers and beauties
I did it as colorful as possible so it can show how huge is the happiness that Spring brings us.

And what's best of all is that I can finally work with my beloved colorpencils again!!! Gaww, I feel alive again. I JUST LOVE TRADITIONAL MEDIA TOO MUCH;A;

Tools: HB,4B, 6B pencils, Faber-Castell and Mitsubishi colorpencils, Faber-Castell watercolors, Faber-Castell markers + Photoshop CS2 + Credit: =cloaks, ~twist-and-stock, =rockgem, ~konpeki-stock, ~contractcat, *meisan
Time spent: Nearly 30 hours, around 2 weeks.
Thank you so much for the crits o the WIP btw! I will put'em all in practice on my next work, since this one was linearted already when I posted it. So forgive any anatomy weirdness. <3
