I've stumbled across you and your gallery, very nice and lovely, but this one in particular I think deserves more than a few small words...
Since the character line-art does not belong to you, I'll provide you with my thoughts on your color quality and technique.

Without zooming in, the colors blend in so great, but up close, I could see you put in almost a LOT of colors. It's like you mixed the first two and the other two mixes together with great care. Her dress is stunning, the flowers are colorful and lively, even the water is colorful.
I've never thought you could draw colorful eyes, from afar, the rainbow blends perfectly.

The background is another thing I should give praise for, the details of the leaves and trees. Here where she sits, the leaves and flowers are drawn in greater details, she also did a pretty good job with the rocks. I mean `Gwendolyn12 did a fantastic job with the whole background overall, without the vivid, bright colors, this picture wouldn't feel as alive.

For shading, I have a few things I would like to point there. See those detailed leaves? That's a good example, leaves reflects some off if you would to look at them in a certain angle, oh and flowers are nice too. I too enjoy how she shaded the character's hair, it's simple, but quite appealing.

I really enjoy the graphics so far, but just to be fair, there is one that maybe I think Gwen could've added.
You did apply most of the shadows, but where she sits could use a little shadow. I was thinking about how one of her feet would touch the water besides the little pedal, but I could be wrong.

That leaves me with one more thing to say, IMPACT. Gwendolyn's colorful talent brought this fascinating picture to life, it's so beautiful, my own heart feels so fuzzy just glancing at all the details you put into. Not just the beauty of the character she added colors to, but the background too. It leaves me with a warm feeling, and I am just smiling as I type.

In conclusion, Gwendolyn's work showed that if you put in loads of time to color like this one, the result is a high quality work. In traditional sense, you're seeing a living work in paper coming to life.
